Start by applying just a small drop of the Cuticle Milk liquid. It's a super thin milky liquid that's perfect for this job. Gently rub it around the base of your nails and cuticles, and then use a cuticle pusher, manicure stick, or even a pen to gently push back those cuticles. Once you're done with that, give your nails a nice wash with warm water. After patting them dry, you're all set to apply your favorite polish and rock some fabulous nails!
